The process starts with preparing the existing surface, correcting cracks and low areas, and creating a smooth underlayment. Acrylic color coatings are then applied to create the finished playing surface, followed by professionally laid-out court lines.
The result is a court that looks sharp, plays consistently, and is built for recreational and competitive use.

Whether you’re starting with a new court or resurfacing an existing one, our acrylic surfacing system can be installed over properly prepared:
Asphalt Surfaces
New asphalt should be allowed to cure before coating. The surface is cleaned, cracks and low areas are repaired, and acrylic resurfacer is applied to create a smooth base for the color system. A minimum of two coats of color coating are recommended over properly prepared asphalt.
Concrete Surfaces
Concrete surfaces require proper preparation before coating, including adequate drainage and moisture protection. New concrete should cure for at least 28 days, with cracks, spalled areas, and depressions repaired before primer, resurfacer, and color coatings are applied.
Our Acrylic Court Surfacing Process
1. Prepare the Surface
We begin by thoroughly cleaning the court and removing dirt, dust, debris, and loose material.
2. Repair Cracks & Low Areas
Cracks, depressions, and other surface imperfections are repaired to create a more uniform playing surface.
3. Create a Smooth Base
Acrylic resurfacer is applied as needed to provide a smooth, consistent underlayment for the color coating system.
4. Apply the Color Coating
A minimum of two coats of acrylic color coating are applied over the properly prepared surface.
5. Add the Court Lines
Court lines are professionally laid out and painted for a clean, finished appearance.
