Our “Refer a Friend” Reward Program:
To be eligible for a reward, you must be a previous FlexCourt customer. A reward is earned after your referral makes their first FlexCourt purchase. You will receive an email after each new customer referral purchase offering you two reward options. Option A: A reward of $200 in the form of a check. Option B: A reward of a $400 transferable FlexCourt gift certificate. Reward letters are emailed out approximately 3 weeks after the contract date of the referral’s sale. Only one reward is earned per new customer referred. The referrer cannot be the owner of the referred property. Referral information must be received within one year of the contract date. The reward option must be selected within one year of the reward letter mailed date. The $400 FlexCourt gift certificate cannot be applied to an existing contract and is only valid for new FlexCourt contracts within one year of the certificate issue date. Only one $400 FlexCourt gift certificate can be redeemed per new contract. A $400 FlexCourt gift certificate can be applied to the full retail price of FlexCourt tiles (Minimum 1000 sq ft Tile). FlexCourt reserves the right to determine who receives credit for such referrals. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn. There is no minimum purchase requirement to earn a previous customer reward from FlexCourt. Referrals may be subject to verification by both parties. FlexCourt reward checks and certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed and/or expired. Recipients are responsible for all applicable taxes. Void where prohibited by law.
