What is Pickleball?
Pickleball is a racquet sport played with a whiffle ball, pickleball paddles and a tennis net. Each game is played to eleven points and you have to win by at least two points. Only the serving side is allowed to score, and the server can hold possession of the ball until they fault or fail to score.
The use of a whiffle ball reduces the speed of the game making pickleball an excellent pass time on weekends and an even better introduction to tennis, badminton and squash for very young players. Older players will love pickleball for its slower game speed too as the sport remains very popular amongst senior citizens.
How Much Space Do I Need?
A pickleball court is roughly the size of a doubles badminton court. In fact, one tennis court can be divided easily into four pickleball courts. One of pickleball’s attractive qualities is that you need about a quarter of the space required for a full tennis court, so many home owners can fit one in their backyard! Take a look at our pickleball court layouts to choose the one that's right for you.

You can easily put up to four pickleball courts over your existing tennis court, or other athletic court surface, allowing more people to enjoy the sport. They are a great way to resurface a damaged court, offering one of the most cost effective solutions to repairing and or upgrading your existing courts!
